Customers wait days for a reply.
By the time you answer, they’ve gone somewhere else.
Your problem becomes our problem
We find the problem that’s costing you time, money or customers, then design and build the right fix. Sometimes that’s a website. Sometimes it’s automation, a booking system or AI. Sometimes it’s something smaller.
次Tsugi means “next”
Find the problem. Build the right fix. Keep improving.
The problem
Every business has something holding it back. It usually isn’t dramatic. It’s small, it happens every day, and it quietly costs you.
By the time you answer, they’ve gone somewhere else.
Requests pile up across DMs, calls and email, and some slip through.
Your work is great. Your online presence doesn’t show it yet.
Prices, opening times, “do you take walk-ins?” Again and again.
Copying details between apps, chasing invoices, re-typing the same notes.
No reminder, no follow-up and no reason to come back.
Sometimes the answer is a new website. Sometimes it isn’t. We find out first.
Why TSUGI
Nobody really wants a website. They want the thing that keeps getting in the way to stop.
Tsugi means “next.”Fix the right thing. Then ask what comes next.
What we build
Websites, booking, AI, automation, marketing and support are tools. We pick whichever one actually solves the problem, and nothing it doesn’t need.
ProblemCustomers can’t find reliable information about you.
A premium website and online presence that make your business easy to discover and easy to understand.
ProblemCustomers struggle to make an appointment.
A booking experience that takes a few taps, any time of day, and fits how you actually work.
ProblemYour team spends hours answering the same questions.
An AI assistant or automated replies that answer clearly, take details and hand over to a person when it matters.
ProblemCustomers visit once and you never see them again.
Reminders, follow-ups and loyalty features that give people a reason to return.
ProblemRunning the business means juggling apps, notes and spreadsheets.
Connected tools, simple dashboards and automations that move the busywork out of your day.
ProblemYou’re online, but there’s no clear direction.
A plan for what to fix next, and ongoing support, marketing and advertising to keep improving.
Not sure which of these you need? Most people aren’t. That’s our job.
How we work
Finding the problem often means leaving most things alone.
You tell us what’s getting in the way, in your own words. No forms full of jargon, no sales pitch.
We learn how your business really works and find what’s holding it back. Often it’s one thing, not ten.
We design and build the right solution, without unnecessary extras. The rest already works, so we leave it alone.
We check what’s working, keep making it better, and ask what should come next.
Selected work
Business support
Launch is the start, not the finish. We can look after what we build and keep improving it, so you can get on with running the business.
Your site stays fast, secure and up to date.
We keep an eye on it, so problems get fixed before customers notice.
New prices, photos, opening hours. Send them over and they’re done.
A real person who already knows your business and your setup.
What’s working, what isn’t, and what to improve next.
Social media, advertising and AI upkeep, when they earn their place.
What’s included is agreed with you up front, in writing. Nothing is added to your bill without asking.
About

I’m Zain, and I run TSUGI.
A barber for ten years, and still behind the chair. I know the real day: bookings, walk-ins and messages mid-cut.
Alongside it, I use websites, AI and automation to fix real problems for businesses like that.
TSUGI is where those two sides meet.
You deal directly with the person who understands the problem and builds the solution.
Let’s talk
Every business is different. Tell us what you’re facing, and we’ll explore what could make it better. It doesn’t need to be neat. A sentence is plenty to start.
Questions
Straight answers to what people usually ask first.
No. Most people don’t, and that’s fine. Tell us what isn’t working and we’ll work out what would genuinely help. “Not sure” is a perfectly good answer on our enquiry form.
Yes. Often the best fix is improving what you already have rather than starting again. If your current site is fine and the problem is somewhere else, we’ll say so.
Every project is priced once we understand what’s actually needed, so you only pay for what helps. You’ll get a clear written quote before any work begins.
That isn’t what we’re here for. We use AI to take repetitive work off people’s plates so they can spend their time on customers and the work that needs a human.
Yes. The first 30-minute conversation is free and there’s no obligation.
We read it ourselves. If a conversation makes sense, we email you a link to book a 30-minute slot. If we’re not the right fit, we tell you honestly and, where we can, point you in a better direction.
What comes next
Fix the right thing. Then ask what comes next.
